My Life |

Today as I live I dream a lot |
|
I hope I fill a useful spot. |
|
Although small and temporary the life I live |
|
Will show the world the love I give. |
|
I just can't snarl and hate and shove |
|
My life is governed from above, |
|
This world we live in is full of vice |
|
Because we fail to take God's advice. |
|
I cannot move this world myself |
| With success a journey, I can't sit on a shelf. |
|
The Bible says to let your light shine |
|
And that I try to do with this life of mine. |
|
So today I'll do the best I can |
|
That's what is expected of every man. |
|
My life is filled with care and love |
|
Inspired by the will and power from above. |
